Union Bank’s Bank Freely Checking account scored high for having no monthly service fee and also because it doesn’t charge when you use other ATMs.

A Bank Freely checking account only requires some amount greater than $0 to open an account. The Freely Checking account also gives you two rebates per statement cycle when you use an out-of-network ATM. Some banks charge fees for paper statements. But the Freely Checking account doesn’t have a paper statement fee.

You only need $50 to open Union Bank’s Regular Savings account.  The $4 monthly service charge is waived if you keep a $300 minimum daily ledger balance or have at least one single monthly deposit of $25 or more.
